### Ingredients
|
|
|

- 1 cup butter (two sticks)
|
|
- 1 cup white sugar
|
|
- 1 cup brown sugar
|
|
- 1 cup peanut butter
|
|
- 1 tsp salt
|
|
- 1 tbsp baking soda
|
|
- 1 tbsp baking powder
|
|
- 2 eggs
|
|
- 2.5 cups flour
|
|
|
|
### Procedure
|
|
1. Cream butter and sugar
|
|
2. Add peanut butter and mix
|
|
3. Add baking soda, baking powder, and eggs, then mix
|
|
4. Add flour in 1 cup (or smaller) increments until all is added and combined
|
|
5. Cover and let dough sit for a while (optional)
|
|
6. Bake at 375°F for around 11–12 minutes
|
|
- Time varies based on cookie size
|
|
7. Let sit on baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack
|
